Last week a bunch of us went out to support one of our friends from the politics department, Injairu. She is the lead singer in a band named "Nia." It was the best live music I have heard in a long, long time - a sort of soulful African jazz... if I can get cds of them, you will all be receiving them for Christmas, so prepare yourselves to be blown away.
